Closing Process

To start the closing process, please fill out the following questionnaire as accurately as possible. Fields marked with an * are required in order to submit the closing process form.

• Seller and Buyer have agreed on a purchase price. 
• The Seller and Buyer have agreed to use "Timeshare Title, Inc." as their closing agency.
• The Seller and Buyer have discussed who will pay closing costs. Seller and Buyer acknowledge that some states and international properties may incur a surcharge in addition to the closing costs.
• The Seller and Buyer have read and fully understand the services that will be provided by the closing company.

Please assure that you have completed and agree  to the questions above before proceeding with the Closing Process.
